Thank you for using Polaris. We take your personal privacy and data security seriously.

Our core commitment: Polaris follows an Offline-First design. All your visions, goals, action plans, focus records, and reward data are stored entirely on your local device. We do not upload your personal planning data to any server.

1. Data We Collect

1. Local data storage: Your five-year visions, life-dimension goals, daily and one-off action lists, focus timer history, star-point transactions, and redemption records are encrypted and saved through SwiftData in your device's application sandbox. These data are private to you and do not travel over any external network.
2. Voluntary feedback: When you choose to submit suggestions through Feedback in the app settings, we collect the feedback you enter, an optional contact email address for follow-up, and the application source identifier (Polaris). This information is transmitted securely to the feedback server over HTTPS.
3. No third-party tracking or analytics: We do not include third-party advertising SDKs, behavior-tracking SDKs, or analytics event components, and do not track your personal identifiers across apps.

2. System Permissions

• Notifications (optional): Used only to send local reminders when a focus session or break ends while the app is in the background. All reminders are triggered by local timers, require no network connection, and do not read your notification content. You can disable this permission in system settings at any time.
• Network access: Used only when you choose to submit feedback or view this policy and the user agreement through the in-app browser. The core features—visions, goals, actions, focus, and rewards—work offline with no network connection.

3. Data Security and Your Control

• Control over your data: You may modify, archive, or delete any goal or action in the app at any time.
• Clear all data: You may use Clear All Data in the app's Settings to permanently remove all Polaris data stored locally on your device at any time.

4. Policy Updates

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Updated terms will be published and take effect on this page. You can view the latest version through About in the app at any time.
